Dag 30 - 6300 km

Hello again readers, finally we have gotten a bit of that delicious Internet. We are in Dubrovnik in southern Croatia after travelling through southern France, Italy and Slovenia, and a lil' bit of Bosnia Herzegovina.

We spent one night in Italy in a town called Brecia. We entered a shitty hotel, and decided to take a walkabout around the city and grab a beer. Over the course of 10 minutes we got offered hasjish weed and coke about 8 times from different dealers, so we decided to call it a night since we're not much in to the coke-snorting business. In the middle of the night I wake up because it knocks on the door. I was asleep and figured it was Tibi who had locked himself out (which by the way wasn't possible) so I went and opened the door. In my face two random Italians appear, and they walk in to the room starting to go through our stuff. I was so confused I had no idea what to do. Obviously they didn't speak English, and they never even said excuse me. Apparently it was the guest from the night before who had forgotten some stuff, and the hotel manager. They left, I checked the time ; 4:15 AM

wtf?

note to self: don't go to Brecia.

Venezia was nice though, but fucked up expensive. We figured we'd hit Slovenia which is the shit. Great for skateboarding, cheap prices, friendly people. The capital Ljubljana has only 250.000 inhabitants.

The coastline of Croatia is one of the most beautiful sights we've seen.

Word.

The Hostel

View from the hostel porch at night.

We're living in Dubrovnik backpackers club, which is not really a hostel, but a family that has opened their house for backpackers. This is coming to grandma's. It is really nice, with the most friendly people, and a good crowd of backpackers. Sweet.

Stay tuned for more updates!
