Yeah, that was it folks... We are back home... We started off last Sunday from Constanta (Romania) and arrived in Oslo on Thursday evening. Little known facts about driving That distance:
The driving period per day was about 9 hours.
We had to sleep in the car 2 nights.
We did NOT get to shower for 4 days.
We only ate shit food.
And the whole drive was 3000 km long. (and you get the pleasure of driving through some very interesting cities without seeing them or anything.... just good old driving through... Oh yes, a real pleasure!)
Now facts about the trip in general:
- All together we drove over 11000 km.
- In western Europe we got offered drugs about 5 times a day, witch makes that (5 x 30) 150 times in ONE month.
- In eastern Europe -> Zero times in one month.
- We have met people from all over the world, and all have been great, so the conclusion is that people are all the same, all good, kind and funny, so stop all the freakin wars and fights about useless shit!
- Western Europe is very expensive compared with easter, twice the sum per month there, for the same services and shittyer food. Plus people there live up to their stereotypes witch is sometimes really bad.
- Another known fact is that Me and Håkon ROCK Out! We are the bomb! I mean... you can NOT find 2 cooler guys in the world.... :) YEAH! And we don`t do freakin drugs!
- No quarrels, no fights and no sickness on this trip. We were expecting to get sick a couple of times at least from some bad food or something, but it didn`t happen, since me and Håkon ROCK Out, and are so cool....
So Conclusion:
If you have the time, DoOo0 IT! Don`t think about money, cus you can travel for free, almost, by hitch hiking, or expensive if you have the money, any way, the money usage is worth it. Don`t think about disease cus if you are as cool as me and Håkon, you won`t get sick. Don`t worry about crime, cus it only happens sometimes with people that arren`t careful.
Yes, peacing out, hope you enjoyed... WOOOORD!

Halla skjera?
A little here, a little there.
Okay, so the trip is soon coming to an end. Tons of stuff has happened, and very little of it is documented in photos unfortunately. We are still in Romania, we're leaving next Sunday and we'll then go to Budapest. After that we won't have much time, since we're aiming on being back in Norway, Norwegen, Norvegia, Norvegé on the fourth of August. Im just gonna post some pictures here from around the continent with good memories tied up to them.
Sarajevo
Bosnia-Serbia
When we got to the border the asked us for a greencard, which is an insurance proof for your car. We had one we bought at the Bosnian border, so we showed it. Obviously that greencard was only valid for Bosnia, and not Serbia, and they didn't sell them at the border we got to. We were told to go to another border about 40k away, something that we did. There they sold greencards, just not on sundays....
We drove back to the nearest town, about another 50k away, spent the night there. Withdrew money, exchanged it into Euros, drove back to the border. Spent two hours waiting for the greencard to be issued and then, finally, we were in Serbia. Bureaucracy can be a pain sometimes.
Beograd
Recipe:
Vodka
Dash of Scweppes bitter lemon
fill up with Peach Ice Tea.
some ice
drink. delicious.
This is our Beograd crew, Joanna, Dorcas and Rachel from great Britain somewhere. Due to the fact that the Exit Festival was starting when we were in Beograd. Tons of Brits came there, and me and Tibi were the only non-brits in the Hostel. We went out to eat with these girls and a bunch of others at a classy restaurant where we got live music, great food and drinks. Probably the best restaurant experience (and most expensive) I've ever been a part of.Serbia - Romania
Crossing the border to Romania was more fun than into Serbia. The borderman was looking at us with a pretty evil eye asking for our passports examining them extensively. And since Tibis born in Romania, it says this in his passport. When the guy discovered this he went "ahh, Roman" and was suddenly all nice asking Tibi all kinds of friendly questions about Norway. He than asked if we had something to declare, tibi said (in Romanian of course) "like what?" the guard said "guns and drugs" And we were on our way.
More Barcelona baby

day 37 - 7400km
We still have problems getting online with our laptops, hence the lack of pictures in this post. Anyways, we're leaving Beograd, Serbia now and are about to hit Constanta, Romania and Tibi's dad. Sweet stuff.
Last night I was sitting on the grass outside a club by myself just chilling out and trying to spare my ears from the enormously loud music when this girl came up to me. She starts the conversation with "Excuse me, have you got some weed on you?" To which I reply no. She wouldn't take that as an answer, so she starts going off on how much she needs a joint and all that crap, and I finally reply with FUCK, I don't smoke weed, I don't have weed, I only have cigarettes" in sort of a pissed off tone. Then she's replies with "Ohhh, so cigarettes is like the code-word you use for joints?"
wtf? do I really look that much like a stoner? come on.

Great stuff
We love Eastern Europe. It`s the shit, cus we don`t have any expectations. All of west Europe has stereotypes within people, and many have lived up to them, but getting into the east we don`t know what to expect from anything.
So, I am now going to tell you all about stuff that is unnecessary on this sort of trip:
nr 1: Three sweaters (Håkon thought it`s gonna be to cold...)
nr 2: Two sweaters (Tibi thought the same...)
nr 3: Two pairs of shoos or more (you`ll have to throw them away because of the sweat smell)
nr 4: An umbrella (I mean come on! It`s summer... no way!)
nr 5: Benny and scarf (Tibi... no comment... idiot! Over 30 degrees almost every day, I mean COME ON! Jeez...)

Dag 30 - 6300 km
Hello again readers, finally we have gotten a bit of that delicious Internet. We are in Dubrovnik in southern Croatia after travelling through southern France, Italy and Slovenia, and a lil' bit of Bosnia Herzegovina.

We spent one night in Italy in a town called Brecia. We entered a shitty hotel, and decided to take a walkabout around the city and grab a beer. Over the course of 10 minutes we got offered hasjish weed and coke about 8 times from different dealers, so we decided to call it a night since we're not much in to the coke-snorting business. In the middle of the night I wake up because it knocks on the door. I was asleep and figured it was Tibi who had locked himself out (which by the way wasn't possible) so I went and opened the door. In my face two random Italians appear, and they walk in to the room starting to go through our stuff. I was so confused I had no idea what to do. Obviously they didn't speak English, and they never even said excuse me. Apparently it was the guest from the night before who had forgotten some stuff, and the hotel manager. They left, I checked the time ; 4:15 AM
wtf?
note to self: don't go to Brecia.
Venezia was nice though, but fucked up expensive. We figured we'd hit Slovenia which is the shit. Great for skateboarding, cheap prices, friendly people. The capital Ljubljana has only 250.000 inhabitants.
The coastline of Croatia is one of the most beautiful sights we've seen.
Word.
The Hostel
View from the hostel porch at night.
We're living in Dubrovnik backpackers club, which is not really a hostel, but a family that has opened their house for backpackers. This is coming to grandma's. It is really nice, with the most friendly people, and a good crowd of backpackers. Sweet.
Stay tuned for more updates!
