Yeah... Yesterday was beautiful, and we wanted to go out skateboarding in Paris. So about 3 a clock we went out bought some food and went to the tower. We sat there looking at all the ridiculous people taking pictures of the worlds most useless building (a good looking one though) and finished our food.
After that me and Håkon decided to split from Kenneth for a while, so he could take his morning walkabout and we could go skating. And so we did. We asked some people if they knew of any spots, and they were all talking about this park. Se we got the direction, the metro numbers and everything, and out we went in search of it. So we started walking back from the Eiffel tower, towards the city. We were looking for a metro station. Thing is metro stations are hard to find. So we walked and walked and did not find one. Asked some people about it, and we were apparently 5 minutes away from one. It turns out we were 20 minutes away, but still, we found it. ...thig is, to our big surprise, they did`n sell tickets. So, what do we do?... well I said fuck it and tried to walk through the door without a ticket. BUT, Just as I was about to go through, the door closes really fast and smashes the shit out of me! The door apparently have movement sensors. So, after some effort I got myself out of the door that had just mashed my ass and we kept on looking.
We finally found a station and got in. We then asked some locals about the skate park again, and this guy starts talking about number 6 and the end of that station. The clock was now 7 - 8ish... We took the freakin metro, got outside and to our great surprise we were at the exact location where we had started off, once again, the Eiffel tower. RIGHT ON! Thats a 3/4 hour city circle. So we gave up, and just skated Eiffel...
